North Country Dollars

Dr. Lueth and Dr. Albright like to keep dental costs down!  We are now offering a plan to provide our patients with significant savings on personalized, full-service care for your whole family without the hassles of traditional insurance.

How it Works

You pay a low annual membership fee:

                  Single Membership  $39
                  Couple  $69
                  Family $79 (spouse and dependents under age 19)

What you receive:  a 15% discount on ALL services, with the exception of lab fees and products, such as Sonicare, Zoom refill, etc.

Membership versus Insurance

• Dental insurance has costly monthly premiums. 
• We offer a small yearly membership fee (see above). 

• Insurance has co-pays, deductibles and yearly maximums.
• You enjoy the same services with a 15% discount.  No co-pays, no deductibles or yearly maximums.  This allows you to receive the treatment you need in a timely manner. 

 

• Insurance requires claims to be submitted, often times proof from our office of the necessity of treatment, which delays payments.  Insurance companies can require waiting periods for certain services you may need and you are limited to specific in-network providers. 

• We offer no waiting periods, quick and easy enrollment and no insurance hassles!

****Annual fee is required at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.  The office of North Country Dental reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue the North Country Dollars plan, its fees, terms, and services at their discretion upon written notice from the office prior to your anniversary date.  North Country Dollars is not valid in conjunction with dental insurance, other dental plans, or discounts.****
